Jeffrey Marty

Education: University of Wisconsin – Madison (B.S., with distinction, Political Science), Marquette University Law School (J.D., Cum Laude)

Jeff is a member of our VA department. Prior to joining Jackson & MacNichol, he practiced Social Security Disability law in Florida, Georgia, and Alabama. He also practiced criminal defense, civil litigation, and workers’ compensation law throughout Florida.

During law school, Jeff worked as an extern for the Chief Judge of the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals and as an intern for the Milwaukee County Public Defender’s Office. He also served as an Articles Editor for the Marquette University Law Review.

When not practicing law, Jeff enjoys parks, traveling, and comedy.
