Beth is an intelligent, compassionate advocate. She is a 2014 graduate of the University of Maine School of Law where she served as Comment and Case Note editor of Maine Law Review and received the Law Student Ethics Award for her work on behalf of asylum seekers in Maine Law’s Refugee and Human Rights Clinic.
Beth draws upon her legal training and her fifteen years of experience in environmental management and sustainable development to assist clients achieve their goals. She is a thorough legal researcher, astute analyst, clear writer, and persuasive advocate. She has worked with state and federal agencies, as well as with public interest groups and small business owners. She is also a skilled program manager with strong organizational and communication skills and proven ability to facilitate cooperation and coordination among parties representing disparate interests.
Prior to joining Jackson and MacNichol, Beth practiced in the areas of estate planning, small business law, and appellate advocacy before Maine’s Supreme Judicial Court.
Outside of work, Beth enjoys baking, gardening, biking, hiking, and reading.
